William to Uhuru Muigai - The Rooster is about to crow.

I take all chill pills on most issues because I learnt one cannot solve all problems with the two hands that God gave each of us.
In the March 2013 elections I remember I woke up at 4am to go and do what is fair and right for any 18+ year old Kenyan, vote.
I voted for leaders who I believed in, or rather who I thought would do this nation right.Luckily, 9 of the 10 I voted for were successfully elected to serve the great Kenyan nation from the wards upwards.
I however still for my PK who was successfully elected as the President of Facebook.(A joke for another day).
I remember I saw women as old as 90 years queue to vote for H.E President Uhuru Kenyatta (I know because I helped one vote), and after a tasking election period Uhuru became the President of KENYA.
Two and half years down the line, I feel for him as a President, but I feel more for that woman who loves that man deep down but has nothing to show for the time he has ruled.
Uhuru, my president, is a cool guy....So many hopes, promises he made with his buddy and DP William Ruto.So much he has done, building railway lines, irrigation schemes, maintaining the Super Highway, Free education and other projects I believe are well documented for.
Apart from that, the country is rich, rich in debts. This I will not say much because most people know that any newborn child is born with a debt of more than Sh100,000 debt. That is a FACT.
The current corruption trends in the country need an year to jolt down, leaders are taking cash and the country's resources into their pockets as if we are closing up the country. All this despite various people calling out President Uhuru Kenyatta to do what he says he will, teach some ninjas a lesson by firing or atleast jailing some.
I understand that condoms are now some of the most sought after commodities in the office of some CS I will not delve into, a pen that writes a lasting impression costs Sh8,700, maybe I should switch careers and focus on tendering.
Anyway for now I will hold my cool, as I always do and hope the noble man from Ichaweri will see what may make him the first President to sit for a term in the land on the hill, if there will be no rigging because KENYANS ARE GETTING TIRED.

One year later, Jubilee on the right track? Today marks the first anniversary of the Jubilee government tenure in office since the repeat polls in October 26, 2017. The goverment led by President Uhuru Kenyatta and Deputy President William Ruto was elected after the first poll was cancelled by Kenya's Supreme Court citing irregularities, and ordered a new one within 60 days. The election commission had declared incumbent Uhuru Kenyatta the winner by a margin of 1.4 million votes. Raila Odinga, Uhuru's opponent, said the commission was "rotten and demanded their resignation. President Uhuru would later in October clinch the seat with  7,483,895 votes out of the 7,616,217 valid votes cast.
