It is not news anymore to see Chinese nationals across our TV channels for one reason or another.
From building and construction, cheap products like phones, fish, rice and at times illegal businesses, the Chinese have taken over, or are about to take over most business ventures in our country, a move that is irking many Kenyans.
However it could be that the good lord is making provision for his Kenyan people after more than 5 years of prayers and fasting by his servants.

In March this year, the Chinese government extended a Sh50 million grant to Kenya to help provide relief to families affected by floods.
This was after floods left thousands of people displaced mostly in Kilifi and Tana River counties.
Matters finance, statistics indicate that Kenya has received soft loans and grants worth billions of dollars from China since the country gained independence five and a half decades ago.
These are the resources that the Jubilee government is using to roll out development projects and President Uhuru Kenyatta's Agendas in the next four years.

The Chinese were mainly spotted in the country as they started the construction of the Thika Superhighway is an 8-lane that links Nairobi to Thika and several other Counties in the vast Mt Kenya region.
The road further links Namanga at the Tanzania-Kenya border to the Kenya-Ethiopia border town of Moyale.
They then went on to build the standard gauge railway (SGR) line for passengers and cargo transportation between Mombasa, the largest port in East Africa, and Nairobi, the capital city of Kenya.
They are also expected to expand the Nairobi Mombasa highway into a super highway if and when the government invests in the project.

pite the few major good deeds, China seems to continue making life hard for local businesses with the cheap provisions they have.

KRA has also recently cautioned constructors against buying counterfeit goods since the use of counterfeit products in Kenya has had serious repercussions leading to damage of property and loss of innocent lives.
Tourism receipts from Chinese visitors, although higher than the three-year average of 95,000 between 2013 and 2015, have been anything but laughable. With China gobbling up more than a third of what Kenya earned from its exports, Kenyan hotels deserved more than 192,000 Chinese guests in 2017.
But just what if the Chinese nationals mean good for Kenya?
